GraphicsMagick is originally derived from ImageMagick 5.5.2 as of November 2002 but has been completely independent of the ImageMagick project since then. As states in GraphicsMagick’s website: GraphicsMagick is better than ImageMagick.

Identify images

Identify image height only:

Identify image and output filename, size, height, and width:

Resize images

Convert
